Sizing & Fit

Do your shirts run big, small, or true to size?
Our Build Her Faith T-shirts are unisex and generally run true to size. For a more fitted look, you may want to size down, and for a looser fit, size up. Please check our detailed sizing chart on each product page to ensure the perfect fit.

Are your items tall-girl friendly?
Yes! Our tees are designed with inclusivity in mind and work well for all heights. For specific length details, check our sizing chart or product descriptions.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, and shipping times vary based on location. For preorder items, please allow 6–8 weeks before shipment (this will always be noted on the product page).

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. Please make sure to double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Visa/Mastercard gift cards, and PayPal.

Do you offer payment plans?
We don’t currently offer Afterpay, but you can use Shop Pay Installments to split your payment into smaller amounts (subject to eligibility).

Product Care

How should I care for my Build Her Faith apparel?
To keep your items looking fresh:

  • Wash inside out

  • Use cold water

  • Hang dry for best results

  • Iron inside out if needed

This will help preserve both fabric and design quality.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available so you can bless a sister with faith-filled apparel.

Can I collaborate as an influencer or ambassador?
We love when women want to partner with our mission!
