Amaria Phillips is the founder of Build Your Faith & Build HER Faith; Podcast & Bible studies. She is also the co-founder of UNITED XII. These three ministries were created with the goal of encouraging & guiding young people towards living intentionally for Jesus in their daily lives. She majors in Theological Studies with a minor in Religion & Culture at Concordia University. She has allowed her love for God to aid other young people in their daily faith journeys.

Born in Montreal, Canada, and proudly rooted in her Caribbean heritage from the island of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Amaria’s cultural background enriches her approach to ministry, blending her cultural background with deep theological insight.

Her passion for ministry began at the age of 12 when she started preaching at her home church, the African Methodist Episcopal (A.M.E.) Church in Montreal, following in the footsteps of her father, who is the Senior Pastor. Growing up in a faith-filled home, she developed a deep love for God’s Word, which now fuels her ministry. She received her license to preach in April 2019 by the Elder of her church where she officially became a minister.

With her love for Theology & her pursuit of pastoral ministry, Amaria combines academic knowledge with real-life application, using her voice to inspire, teach, and disciple others. Through her ministries, she continues to impact lives by fostering a community of faith, growth, and intentional living for Christ.
