She is the founder of Poets for the People, a platform and open mic series that empowers writers and spoken-word poets, with proceeds supporting the community. Sandra encourages healing through faith and intentional living.

Sophie is a 22 year old student in elementary school education. She currently works in early childhood education and enjoys things related to learning, socializing and God. In 2020-2021, she was writing posts for GirlUp Québec’s Instagram account and realized she had an interest in research. She continued digging in that interest by reading books, listening to podcasts and later journaling. She started bringing her Bible knowledge to paper by writing down the things she was learning and ended up creating Bible study plans for her and her friends to follow. She chose to join the BuildHerFaith team in hope to share easy access bible studies with people who are looking for ways to understand the scripture better.
